For this, I will call a Twitch Authorization Call using the scope `user:read:email & channel:bot`.

But, what are these scopes?

`user:read:email` will allow me to fetch your Twitch ID and Username for configuration purposes. No email is viewed or saved!

`channel:bot` tells Twitch that the bot is allowed to connect to your channel's chat
but only when you press connect on the next screen!
